Hello,

I’m Kristien.

With over 12 years’ experience as a headhunter and confidant, and 20 years’ active knowledge of the creative sector, I know the talents, I understand the marketing, communication and advertising sector through and through.

Since qualifying as a professional coach at the HRD Academy and my MBTI qualification, I’ve had a wide range of tools available for conducting high quality in-depth interviews and guiding candidates by analysing their professional journey with them.

I lecture at institutions such as the Belgian Advertising School - Thomas More and LUCA School of Arts, where I provide final year students with tips and tricks about working in the creative sector.

I am also called upon as a sounding board for new training courses and their relevance to the world of work.

As a headhunter, I have placed top people in renowned ad agencies, internal creative departments and companies in Belgium, London and Paris.
